The playlists I have woven together invite you to dive in and get lost in the breathing practice; they can be found below. Breathwork is a beautiful practice that has a lot to offer, but it only works if you use it.

By participating in the breathwork practice, you confirm that you do not have epilepsy, a detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities; prior diagnosis by a Medical Professional of manic disorder, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia; strokes, TIAs, seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease. Returning to a Sense of Safety within the Body

Feeling safe in the world starts with feeling safe in your body.

Feeling safe allows you to take the risks necessary to fulfill your biggest dreams, to share your voice, creative expression and ideas. Feeling safe allows your power to come forward.

This is a gentle and loving meditation to support safety within the body.

Breathwork for Romance

Romance. The elixir of life.

Romance is the elixir of life, because not only is it about falling in love with another, it is about falling in love with life itself.

And right now, who doesn’t need a shot of this elixir?

Breathwork for Clarity. Resilience. And the Safety of All Children.

This meditation holds the intention of creating clarity amidst the confusion, resilience within the nervous system so we can follow through on what we are here to do, and a sense of safety within that we can carry out and share with the world.

There will also be a gentle clearing to support lower vibrational energies in being removed from this planet. (the intro is a little longer as it explains more deeply about bringing safety to all children)
